Pro Tips for Perfect Pizza Mini Bites
Switch up the toppings – Try diced bell peppers, mushrooms, or crumbled sausage. Just keep toppings small so they fit nicely.
Homemade pizza sauce = next-level flavor – A quick blend of crushed tomatoes, garlic, and basil will instantly upgrade these bites.
Make ahead & reheat – Need to prep in advance? Just reheat in the oven at 350°F for a few minutes before serving.
Ingredients You’ll Need
This is pretty simple – you need really just 3 MAIN ingredients but you’ll surely want to add some toppings. We’ve used tiny pepperoni cups and some parsley, but “you do you”!
- 2 tubes pizza dough (the kind in a tin)
- 1/3 cup (79 ml) pizza sauce
- 1 cup (112 g) mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup (38 g) mini pepperoni
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Todd’s cooking skills have revolved around the grill since about age 12, when he developed a love for grilling and took over for Mom at the BBQ. He worked at Wendy’s and at Earl’s Tin Palace (a restaurant chain in Canada) but never really did any sort of baking…until he and Heather started making pizza together! Now he’s often making dough in the mornings and pizza in the evenings.
