Pro Tips for Perfect Pizza Mini Bites

Switch up the toppings – Try diced bell peppers, mushrooms, or crumbled sausage. Just keep toppings small so they fit nicely.

Homemade pizza sauce = next-level flavor – A quick blend of crushed tomatoes, garlic, and basil will instantly upgrade these bites.

Make ahead & reheat – Need to prep in advance? Just reheat in the oven at 350°F for a few minutes before serving.

Ingredients You’ll Need

This is pretty simple – you need really just 3 MAIN ingredients but you’ll surely want to add some toppings. We’ve used tiny pepperoni cups and some parsley, but “you do you”!

  • 2 tubes pizza dough (the kind in a tin)
  • 1/3 cup (79 ml) pizza sauce
  • 1 cup (112 g) mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup (38 g) mini pepperoni
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

How to Make These Bite-Sized Pizzas
