Ingredients
  

  • 2 tubes pizza dough
  • cup pizza sauce 79 ml
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded 112 g
  • cup mini pepperoni 38 g
  • 12 pinches parsley Fresh

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Coat the cups of a muffin pan with cooking spray.
    Oil the muffin tin.
  • Unroll the pizza dough.
    Unroll the dough and stretch.
  • Cut out 12 circles that fit in your tin.
    Cut the dough into circles.
  • Press one circle of dough into each of the muffin pan wells.
  • Spoon the sauce onto each.
  • Top each with the cheese and pepperoni.
    Add toppings.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until dough is golden brown and cheese is melted.
    Bake until golden brown.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.
