This recipe makes a slightly thicker 12" or thinner 13" pizza. You can easily change the amounts of the ingredients to load up your pizza even more - but be careful if doing this if you are launching your pizza. A heavy load of toppings will be harder to manage. In which case, you might want to parbake (partially bake) the crust by itself first - just long enough for it to set - before topping it.
